What is S kincare ?

In reality, the most important steps that should always be included in your routine are cleanser, exfoliator, moisturizer, and sunscreen, as these are the foundation of any skincare regimen. You can always gradually add products or steps to your skincare routine to fit your lifestyle.
The goal is to achieve balanced, hydrated, and healthy skin.
Step 1. Cleaner
If you ask anyone concerned about their personal care, or even a dermatologist, they'll undoubtedly tell you that a good cleanse is essential. It's the step where we can remove any traces of dust or dirt that have accumulated on the skin and in the pores throughout the day due to constant exposure to pollution, dirt, sweat, and so on. It's fundamental for properly absorbing the rest of your routine and preventing blemishes.
Step 2. Exfoliant
Exfoliating your skin is important to remove dead cells and reveal smoother, more radiant, and even-toned skin. We recommend exfoliating once or twice a week. If you suffer from blemishes, this will help reduce and prevent blackheads and acne. Likewise, if your skin is dry, it will make it look less dull and flaky.
Step 3. Moisturizer
Hydration is incredibly important. Proper hydration works wonders for any skin type, as it seals in moisture and all the products you applied beforehand, preventing them from evaporating. That's why it's important to choose a moisturizer that suits your skin's needs and your age.
Step 4. Sunscreen
Of all the steps, this is the most important for your health. It's essential. The reality is that we are constantly exposed to UVA and UVB rays, which cause sunburn, premature aging, blemishes, sagging skin, or worse, skin cancer. Using a sunscreen with at least SPF 30 will keep your skin protected from daily damage. The effectiveness of sunscreen depends on applying the right amount, as it's necessary to cover your entire face, neck, ears, and any other area that will be exposed to the sun, and reapply every 2 to 3 hours. It's also very important to choose a texture you like.
