RESERVATION, CHANGE AND CANCELLATION POLICY


Thank you for trusting Face Fitness as your specialized center for facial training.

Below you can review our appointment booking, change, and cancellation policy. This information will let you know the limits for early cancellation of a previously paid or booked treatment.
 
Appointments for general training sessions can only be confirmed with a $10.00 "reservation deposit" on top of the total price of any training session.
When making a change or cancellation of an appointment, the following assumptions are taken into account:
• Appointment with full deposit paid or advance payment for reservation. This type of appointment can be modified or cancelled by phone in advance if made within the "early cancellation" period (by phone at least 24 business hours in advance or via the website).
In case of late cancellation, the system automatically charges the prepaid service fee, which is non-refundable to the customer.
 

CANCELLATION TIMES:


· EARLY CANCELLATION - Before 24 business hours by phone. (This type of cancellation is within the permitted limit and does not charge for prepaid services or reservation deposits.)
• LATE CANCELLATION - Cancellations made less than 24 business hours in advance by phone or website fall outside the minimum allowed timeframe. Therefore, the system will indiscriminately charge any prepaid service or training reservation deposit, regardless of the reason.
 

REMINDERS AND APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION REQUEST:


Our system will generally send you a reminder message about your appointment 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, via email, WhatsApp messaging, or both.
"This message is a friendly reminder, sent as a courtesy, and is in no way an obligation of the gym."

If no response is received from the client, the reserved appointment that has not been paid for may be automatically cancelled due to "lack of confirmation" in order to make that time available for another client who wishes to book a new appointment.
 

 

RESERVATIONS / DEPOSITS FOR TRAINING


Our training sessions can only be booked with prepayment at the regular price or a reservation deposit. This reservation deposit will serve as a guarantee for the payment of the training session booked by the client as a commitment, which will be credited towards the total amount due.
Time to receive your training. This payment serves as a guarantee for the gym.
The customer will not be refunded in case of late cancellation or failure to attend training.
 

DELAYS:


Delays directly affect the planning of our schedules and compromise the quality of the result; this is why the following assumptions are considered and how they affect each of the parties involved in the training.
Delay on the part of the client:
A maximum delay of 15 minutes may be allowed without causing harm, considering this as a grace period; however, if such a delay is anticipated, it will be necessary to notify by phone or WhatsApp before the service is cancelled late due to "customer non-show."
If the delay exceeds 15 minutes, the gym may determine that this is insufficient time to complete the workout. In some cases, the workout may still be completed, but the results may be compromised. The client accepts this and still decides to undergo the workout without the right to complain.
Delay on the part of the Trainer/ Face Fitness:
Training at our gym may be delayed by up to 15 minutes without causing any inconvenience to the client, this being understood as a "grace period".
In case of a delay equal to or greater than 30 minutes on the part of the Trainer, the client will be entitled to a 20% discount on the service, or compensation in the form of an extra mask as credit on their account, which they can use at any time during the training or take home.
In the event of a delay of 60 minutes or more by the Technician, the customer will be entitled to a 100% discount on the service.
 

RETURNS:


Advance payments for booked appointments will not be eligible for a refund if the appointment is not cancelled early.

ACTIVE PACKAGE EXPIRATION:

The 4-session packages can be used within 60 business days of purchase; otherwise, they are archived and disabled for reactivation.

The 6-session packages can be used within 90 business days of purchase; otherwise, they are archived and disabled for reactivation.

In case of emergency, you can freeze your package for up to 30 extra days within the expiration period, after notifying the studio in writing or by email to prevent the package from being archived.

ACCEPTANCE OF THE CONDITIONS OF OUR RESERVATION, CHANGE, CANCELLATION AND PURCHASE POLICY


By booking an appointment, the client accepts the conditions established within the "Booking, Changes and Cancellations Policy"
 By purchasing a package, the customer accepts the conditions established within the "Reservations, Changes and Cancellations Policy"
